Painting titled 'Balota'
Casino Hotel
Berlin, Kantstraße

The casino hotel evokes the nostalgic charm of 1920s Berlin, drawing inspiration from the elegance of the Art Deco style with its rich use of ornamentation. Rising to a height of 150 meters, the skyscraper combines grandeur with functionality. The casino occupies the ground floor, while the upper levels are dedicated to luxurious hotel rooms and supporting infrastructure. The design emphasizes a clearly defined structure, seamlessly integrating essential escape routes, an advanced load-bearing framework, and adaptable layouts for both the casino and hotel facilities.
